Adjustments on the website

• A skip-to-content link at the beginning of the page, a structure of headings and semantic regions, and labels for form fields.
• The option to navigate by keyboard, with a focus indicator. In search, you can move between the results with the arrow keys and select with Enter. You can close the navigation menu with Escape.
• A display adapted to computer and phone screens, alternative text for informative images, and support for enlarging the display in the browser.
• The option to reduce motion and to pause the opening video.

The accessibility menu

The accessibility button is at the side of the screen. The menu lets you change the text size, choose a readable font, adjust the contrast, highlight links and headings, and reduce motion. You can reset your choices from within the menu.

Your preferences are saved in the browser in which you chose them. The display tool is an addition to the adjustments on the website and does not replace them.

Testing and limitations

We test the website during development, among other ways with a keyboard, on screens of different sizes and with reduced motion. The tests do not constitute confirmation of full compliance with the standard. A comprehensive screen reader test of all pages and all stages of the forms has not yet been completed.

Some of the services refer you to websites of other providers, including payment and bookings. There may be differences in the accessibility of the external services. If you have run into a difficulty on the website or when moving on to a provider, contact us and we will try to help in an alternative way.

So that we can look into the difficulty, it is advisable to include the page address, a short description of the action you tried to perform, and the type of device, browser or assistive technology you used. There is no need to send medical information or personal documents.

This statement refers to the website. Adjustments in hotels, apartments, vehicles and visitor sites vary from place to place. Before booking, contact us with the relevant accessibility needs so that we can check with the place or the provider. Nothing on this page confirms the accessibility of any specific physical place.
