Private villas in Marrakech
Group or family? Get a villa in Marrakech.
Eight friends in four hotel rooms isn't a group vacation. A private villa with a pool and a kitchen fixes that, and in Marrakech it costs less than most Israelis think.

This is the short version. The full page, with the request form, is in Hebrew.Read it in Hebrew
What a villa gives you that a hotel doesn't
- Shared space. A living room, a table and a yard: where your group actually spends the evening.
- Your own pool. It's how you tour in the morning, come back when it's too hot, and go out again at five.
- A kitchen. Cook a Shabbat meal or skip the hotel breakfast. If you keep kosher, it changes the whole plan.
- Sometimes staff. Some villas include a cook, a housekeeper or a guard, for less than you'd think.
What's different when you go through us
- We know the owners and ask them directly. No platform, no call center.
- One price, in writing, before you pay: what's included, cancellation policy, deposit.
- Someone in the middle when things go wrong. You message us, we deal with the owner. Service is in Hebrew.
7 things to check before you book
- Distance. Many villas are 20 to 40 minutes from the medina, in the Palmeraie or toward Ourika.
- Transport. Outside the city you almost always need a driver. We can book one with the villa.
- Heating. From November to March, an unheated pool is decoration.
- Bathrooms, not bedrooms. Eight people and two bathrooms means a fight every morning.
- What's included. Cleaning, linens, breakfast, electricity, water. That's where quotes really differ.
- Who meets you, and who answers if something breaks at 2 a.m.
- The policy. Cancellation, deposit, and what if two fewer people come. Get it in writing before you pay.
Quick answers before you book
- How much is a villa? It depends on size, season and distance, and the range is wide. We don't post a price we can't stand behind. Send us your details and we'll get back to you with real numbers.
- Can we do a kosher villa? A kitchen that works can be arranged. It takes planning, not luck. Tell us what level you need.
Planning to spend Shabbat here ?
We can look for a villa that suits Shabbat, depending on availability and your dates. Many villas are outside the city walls. Don't assume you can walk to a synagogue: check the address first. For a stay within walking distance, look at ZARI.
