Questions before you pack.
The questions we hear most before a trip.
Ask us your question01How long does a Morocco visa take?+
Regular processing takes up to 3 business days. Express has a 24-hour target on business days. The Moroccan portal doesn’t process applications on Saturday or Sunday. These are our handling targets; final timing depends on your documents and the approving authority.
02What if something’s wrong with my documents?+
Before submission, we check readability, matching details, passport validity and photo quality. If something needs fixing, you’ll get an explanation in Hebrew and a chance to correct it before we submit.
03Are there direct flights from Israel to Morocco?+
Yes, there’s a seasonal direct route, but airlines, destinations and operating days can change. Before booking, check our flights page for the latest route status and connections through Europe. Flights to Morocco
04How many days do I need, and how do I plan the route?+
Five days works for Marrakech and the surrounding area. For the Sahara or the north, allow seven to ten. In two weeks, you can cover almost everything. Answer a few questions in our trip planner for a day-by-day route based on the same rules we use when we travel. Build a trip
05How do I get from Marrakech to the Sahara?+
The dunes of Erg Chebbi, near Merzouga, are about 560 km from Marrakech. Allow at least three days via the Dadès Valley. Agafay, an hour from Marrakech, is a stony plain, not the Sahara. Our article explains the options. Getting from Marrakech to the Sahara
06Which Jewish heritage sites should I visit?+
Marrakech’s mellah and cemetery, the Jewish museum in Casablanca, the synagogues of Fes, Bayt Dakira in Essaouira and the tombs of tzadikim across Morocco. You’ll find them on our heritage page, along with Shabbat times and hilulot. Jewish heritage
