When we answer
A real person reads your message and answers in Hebrew, Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 to 20:00, Israel time.
We don't answer on Friday and Saturday. Anything you send then gets an answer on Sunday.
In Morocco? It's earlier there than in Israel, and the gap changes during the year. Check again close to your trip. Checked on 4 September 2026.
